Construction Phase Services
GEL Engineering, LLC provided construction management for a private waterfront marina facility that included a concrete boat ramp, concrete
pile-supported fixed pier, concrete floating docks and wave alternators, and aluminum gangways.
GEL Engineering, LLC is providing construction oversight for the structural demolition of various buildings, warehouses, and foundations associated
with a Brownfields project in the neck area of Charleston, SC. We are also overseeing a grading and drainage project encompassing over 100 acres
and including stormwater piping and manholes, and two detention ponds.
