Site Assessments
GEL Geophysics offers a geophysical site assessment package which can be catered to include subsurface investigations for construction or landfill debris, delineation of contaminant plumes, location of underground storage tanks, geophysical logging of boreholes, and the clearance of drilling locations to avoid obstacles.
These services are designed to non-invasively provide geotechnical and environmental and civil engineers with site information to design their projects safely and without surprises. GEL Geophysics uses an array of tools to complete these investigations including Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Computer Assisted Radar Tomography (CART), electromagnetic induction (EM-61), seismic, resistivity, microgravity, and magnetic techniques.
