GEL Engineering, LLC can assist Cities and smaller Towns and Municipalities with grant and loan applications for various proposed infrastructure improvement projects including, but not limited to water and wastewater system improvements, streetscape projects, Brownfield or other qualified environmental cleanup projects and projects related to economic development for the community. GEL will perform the Grant and Loan application assistance including preliminary Engineering work required to define the project and establish preliminary cost estimates at no front end costs to the Client until a Grant and/or Loan has been awarded.
