GEL Laboratories, LLC gains DoD ELAP accreditation

We are excited to announce that GEL Laboratories has recently received our DoD Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program approval from A2LA. GEL was audited and found to meet or exceed all of the requirements in the DoD Quality Systems Manual Version 4.1 (QSM). GEL is approved for organic, inorganic, radiological and specialty analyses including perchlorate and explosives by 8330B with LC/MS/MS capabilities.
Although not included in the QSM, GEL was approved by A2LA for all of our radiochemical and radiobioassay analyses. GEL supports projects with radiological contamination for each branch of the DoD that require more specificity than listed in the QSM. We want to ensure our clients that they will receive the same quality data from all of our radiochemistry analyses along with the chemical analytical methods included in the QSM.
GEL currently supports USACE, Navy and AFCEE projects across the country. We look forward to our continued support of the DoD and their contractors.
