GEL Laboratories, LLC Establishes New Affiliate

GEL Laboratories, LLC (GEL), together with Mr. Chris Cornwell, Laboratory Director/VP of Operations, Mr. Mike Larkins, Technical Director, and Ms. Heather Patterson, Production Manager, have established a new affiliate company, Cape Fear Analytical, LLC (CFA) to provide specialized organic analytical services.
These services include high resolution dioxins (Methods 8290A and 1613) and PCB Congeners (Method 1668B) as well as other organic analyses including volatiles, semivolatiles, pesticides, PCBs, herbicides, and multiple gasoline/diesel range organics.
CFA’s staff has 60 years of combined laboratory experience and 40 years of experience specific to the analysis of dioxins and high resolution PCBs, in addition to various other organic analyses.
Through it’s affiliation with CFA, GEL will provide various support services, including Laboratory Information Management Systems, Quality Systems, Executive Management and administrative services. GEL is a full service environmental testing laboratory, providing comprehensive analytical services and data deliverables to the industrial and government community since 1981. The company, with affiliates and support centers in Colorado, Utah and Washington, is a member of The GEL Group, Inc., headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina.
