When a major client needed a local laboratory presence, GEL Laboratories, LLC rose to the occasion. We quickly set up a satellite office to accommodate their needs. Office space, personnel, vehicles, VPN, high-speed internet, computer systems, and all communication systems were established and operational in less than thirty days.
GEL Laboratories, LLC also completed extensive programming of our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to provide automated login of samples via the client's delivery orders, login acceptance verification at the Charleston laboratory, and automated reporting of the data upon completion in the laboratory. Our local service center provides courier service to pick-up samples on an on-call basis. Once the samples are delivered to our service center, they are checked-in and packaged for overnight shipment via Federal Express to our laboratory in Charleston, South Carolina. Once received in Charleston, the samples are ready for immediate processing by the operational groups. Problem solved, quickly and efficiently.
